Inventory Control
Don't spend another minute worrying about inventory control and lost items. RightTrac -- our inventory control system replaces hard-to-read handwritten inventories. Using an advanced bar code system, each item being shipped is scanned and electronically inventoried at loading. At delivery, pieces are scanned a second time, identifying any missing items immediately.

Better inventory control means fewer claims. United is confident you will appreciate the benefits of inventory control. During our pilot program of over 100 shipments, there was NOT ONE missing item claim!

Shipment Tracking
RapidTrac -- United's online shipment tracking system provides the security of knowing the location and status of your shipment. Using your order number you can track your shipment, any time of the day or night.
All of our agents are linked through United World Headquarters via a telecommunications system that provides immediate information about the details of shipments being handled by the van line.
In addition, most of Unitedīs cross-country vans are equipped with VanStarŪ, a state-of-the-art satellite location and communication system that allows us to immediately contact our van operators as they travel to your new location.

United supports EDI transactions for freight invoicing, payments, and shipment status using the Transportation Data Coordinating Committee's (TDCC) and American National Standards Institutes (ANSI) x12 standards.
